Catherine Héroux (she/her) is a bilingual communications & digital strategist with two decades of agency experience launching, building, promoting and protecting national and global brands. Her innovative content strategies have won awards for creativity and results.
As a leader and member of national and global Integrated Agency Teams, Catherine collaborated in the creation of several multi-channel, business-driven campaigns for some of the world’s best-known organizations. Over the course of her career, Catherine has worked with the Mayo Clinic, Procter & Gamble (P&G), PayPal, Interac Association, Pfizer, Sanofi, Fresenius Kabi, Women's College Hospital Foundation, York University, Kruger, RONA, Diageo, Toyota, CARA Operations, Yum! Restaurants, Cadbury and Kraft, to name a few.
A seasoned executive with in-depth understanding of digital, social and influencer trends as they impact brand strategy, Catherine knows what it takes for communication campaigns to drive business results. She works alongside clients to uncover the insights that will ring true to the audiences they want to engage with.

Passionalte about PR, Catherine also teaches part time to college level and continuing education students at the Toronto campus of La Cité, the largest French-language college of applied arts & technology in Ontario.
A Montreal native, Catherine has been living in Toronto for twenty-five years. In her free time, she is the VP of the Board of the Club canadien de Toronto, a francophone business networking organization, and Board Member of The Healing Cycle Foundation for palliative care access in Ontario. She co-chairs the St. Michael's Hospital Patient and Family Council and is a patient advisor on the Unity Health Toronto Executive Quality Committee. An avid reader, news junkie and curious mind, Catherine also enjoys kayaking on lake Ontario, pedalling her way around the GTA and discovering the artisans behind the province’s thriving viniculture sector.
